Patent number: 9753973Abstract: A method and a system of searching note items by mobile terminals. The method includes the following steps: when marking a note item, detecting a gesture input from a touchscreen or choosing a gesture which has been input, and saving the gesture and the corresponding relation between the gesture and the note item into a memory; when a note item needs to be searched, detecting a gesture input from the touchscreen, and according to the input gesture, searching a matching gesture from the gestures saved in said memory, if the matching gesture is found, then displaying each note item corresponding to the matching gesture according to said corresponding relation. A custom gesture is created as a marker for a note item and the matching note item is displayed according to the input gesture when searching the note item.Type: GrantFiled: November 13, 2014Date of Patent: September 5, 2017Assignee: Spreadtrum Communications (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.Inventors: Hsiao Yu Chen, Sung Hui Kao, Chau Yan Wang, Ming Shou Chen, Yu Ting Tseng

Patent number: 9575012Abstract: In semiconductor fabrication processes, one or more wafers are often exposed to processes such as chemical vapor deposition to form semiconductor components thereupon. Often, some of the wafers exhibit flaws due to contamination or processing errors occurring before, during, or after component formation. Inspection of the wafers is often performed by direct visual inspection of humans, which is prone to errors due to flaws that are too small to view directly; to particles naturally arising in the human eye; and to fatigue caused by inspection of large numbers of wafers. Presented herein are inspection techniques involving positioning the wafer in a dark chamber exposing the surface of the wafer to a light source at a first angle, and capturing with a camera an image of the light source reflected from the surface of the wafer at a second angle. Wafers identified as exhibiting flaws are removed from the wafer set.Type: GrantFiled: September 27, 2013Date of Patent: February 21, 2017Assignee: Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company LimitedInventors: Hu-Wei Lin, Hsiao-Yu Chen, Jr-Wei Ye, Hong-Hsing Chou, Chih-Hsien Hsu, Tsung-Cheng Huang, Hua-Kuang Teng, Hsieh Chi-Jen, Chun-Chih Chen

Publication number: 20140142450Abstract: The invention provides a sleep apnea detection system and method. The system includes a detecting module, a processing module, a converting module and a determining module. The detecting module detects a plurality of peak time points of R-waves in an ECG (electrocardiograph) signal. The processing module calculates areas of the R-waves at a predetermined time range based on the peak time points, so as to produce a plurality of first R-wave area signals based on the areas and generate an EDR (ECG Derived Respiration) signal based on the peak time points and the first R-wave area signals. The converting module converts the EDR signal to a frequency signal. The determining module determines whether a maximum peak frequency of the frequency signal is at a first frequency segment or a second frequency segment to determine the frequency signal being an apnea signal or a normal breathing signal.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 20, 2013Publication date: May 22, 2014Applicant: NATIONAL CHIAO TUNG UNIVERSITYInventors: Wai-Chi Fang, Hsiao-Yu Chen, Teng-Chieh Huang
