The display panel includes a first transparent conductive layer disposed on the first surface of the first substrate, and the first transparent conductive layer is in contact with the first substrate. The touch control panel has a second transparent conductive layer disposed on the second surface of the first substrate, and the second transparent conductive layer is in contact with the first substrate.
