  • Publication number: 20230281453
Abstract: A creating method of a classification model about a hard disk efficiency problem comprising: by an analyzing device, performing: obtaining pieces of training data of hard disk devices and each of the pieces of training data including vibration parameters and provided with preset output results; inputting the pieces of training data to an artificial neural network model; training the artificial neural network model to make the artificial neural network model output the corresponding preset output results according to the vibration parameters of the pieces of training data; regarding the trained artificial neural network model as the classification model about the hard disk efficiency problem. By the classification model about the hard disk efficiency problem created by the aforementioned method, the reason of lowering hard disk efficiency is successfully found.

  • Publication number: 20170154135
Abstract: A system and a method for validating damping material dynamic property are provided. In the method, a measured platform is established by a viscoelastic material firstly, and then obtains a measured frequency response data. Following up, establish a viscoelastic model for a viscoelastic material, and than derived the viscoelastic function based viscoelastic model. Then, the viscoelastic function is substitute into a dynamic load equation; further obtains a simulation storage modulus and a simulation loss modulus. Then, obtain a simulation frequency response data by the simulation elastic modulus and the simulation viscosity coefficient. Next, obtain the integrated frequency response data according to the reference temperature with an algorithm. Finally, calculating out an elastic modulus value and the viscosity coefficient value by the integrated frequency response data.

  • Publication number: 20080128966
Abstract: A damping ring is provided for isolating vibration between a fixing member and a structure. The damping ring includes a body and a protruding lip formed on the body. The body is installed on the structure and has a through hole opened along the central axis of the body, and the through hole is provided for the fixing member to be inserted therein. The protruding lip is formed on the edges of a opening of the through hole and surrounds the opening, and the protruding lip extends outwardly along the central axis of the body, and extends inwardly along the radial direction, so as to contact with the fixing member, such that a gap is formed between the fixing member and the body instead of directly contacting the fixing member with the body, thus vibration transmitted between the fixing member and the structure is cushioned and isolated.
