    Abstract: A semiconductor die package includes an inductor-capacitor (LC) semiconductor die that is directly bonded with a logic semiconductor die. The LC semiconductor die includes inductors and capacitors that are integrated into a single die. The inductors and capacitors of the LC semiconductor die may be electrically connected with transistors and other logic components on the logic semiconductor die to form a voltage regulator circuit of the semiconductor die package. The integration of passive components (e.g., the inductors and capacitors) of the voltage regulator circuit into a single semiconductor die reduces signal propagation distances in the voltage regulator circuit, which may increase the operating efficiency of the voltage regulator circuit, may reduce the formfactor for the semiconductor die package, may reduce parasitic capacitance and/or may reduce parasitic inductance in the voltage regulator circuit (thereby improving the performance of the voltage regulator circuit), among other examples.

    Abstract: A multi-phase switched capacitor power converter and a control method thereof are disclosed. The multi-phase switched capacitor power converter includes a first phase converting circuit and a second phase converting circuit. The first phase converting circuit and the second phase converting circuit include switches and a flying capacitor respectively. The switches are coupled in series and there are a first node and a second node between the switches. The flying capacitor is coupled to the first node and the second node. When the first phase converting circuit is in an operating mode and the second phase converting circuit is in a standby mode, the control method controls a part of the switches in the second phase converting circuit continuously conducted to charge the flying capacitor.

    Abstract: A multi-phase power controller coupled to resonant power converting circuits providing an output voltage is disclosed. The multi-phase power controller includes a current sensing unit, a frequency adjusting circuit and a duty cycle adjusting circuit. The current sensing unit, coupled to a first resonant power converting circuit, provides a first sensing current. The frequency adjusting circuit includes an error amplifier and a first ramp signal generation circuit. The error amplifier provides an error signal according to the output voltage and a reference voltage. The first ramp signal generation circuit provides a first ramp signal according to the error signal. The duty cycle adjusting circuit provides a first PWM signal to the first resonant power converting circuit according to a default voltage and the first ramp signal. The change of the duty cycle of the first PWM signal is related to the first sensing current, the default voltage and the first ramp signal.

    Abstract: A method for manufacturing a foam material containing natural plant fibers includes: providing a plurality of plant fibers, a foaming agent, a thickening agent, a filler, and a flame retardant in a mixing tank for mixing and stirring, so as to form a homogeneous mixture; filling or injecting the homogeneous mixture into a forming container or a forming mold; utilizing a pressurizing device for applying a predetermined pressure; and heating the homogeneous mixture to a temperature higher than the foaming temperature of the foaming agent, such that foaming of the foaming agent takes place, and consequently a large amount of gas is generated, the homogeneous mixture being transformed to a plant fiber foam material having a porous foam structure. The manufacturing method can be easily carried out through existing equipments, and the plant fiber foam material is made from the natural plant fibers capable of being decomposed naturally.

    Abstract: An improved structure wireless mouse device comprised of a base board connected to a host computer and a mouse device, wherein no physical signal cable is present between the mouse device and the base board. The mouse device and the base board are equipped with internal circuitry that enables electric power from the host computer to be conveyed to the transmit/receive antenna of the base board and after reception by the mouse device, the electrical energy is supplied to its internal circuit. The two-dimension signal generated as the mouse device is moved on the base board is received by the transmit/receive antenna of the base board and transferred to the host computer to thereby enable control of the host system.
