  • Publication number: 20240136346
Abstract: A semiconductor die package includes an inductor-capacitor (LC) semiconductor die that is directly bonded with a logic semiconductor die. The LC semiconductor die includes inductors and capacitors that are integrated into a single die. The inductors and capacitors of the LC semiconductor die may be electrically connected with transistors and other logic components on the logic semiconductor die to form a voltage regulator circuit of the semiconductor die package. The integration of passive components (e.g., the inductors and capacitors) of the voltage regulator circuit into a single semiconductor die reduces signal propagation distances in the voltage regulator circuit, which may increase the operating efficiency of the voltage regulator circuit, may reduce the formfactor for the semiconductor die package, may reduce parasitic capacitance and/or may reduce parasitic inductance in the voltage regulator circuit (thereby improving the performance of the voltage regulator circuit), among other examples.

  • Patent number: 6916099
Abstract: A mirror assembly for optional rearview and display includes a specific material of a reflective layer. The reflective layer is made of a multi-layer film such as SiO2/metal/SiO2 or TiO2/metal/TiO2, and preferably has a transmittance of 15%˜60%. Accordingly, the driver can see the objects at his side on the mirror via the reflection of the reflective layer as well as the active information provided by the display behind the mirror. The active information includes speed information, turning information and/or backing-up information.

  • Patent number: 6872901
Abstract: A device automatically actuated according to UV intensity includes a UV detector generating an electric signal indicative of a UV intensity of a light received thereby; a comparator in communication with the UV detector, receiving the electric signal to compare the UV intensity with a first threshold value, and asserting an actuating signal when the UV intensity is in a predetermined correlation with the first threshold value; and an actuated object in communication with the comparator, actuated to change a state thereof in response to the actuating signal. The actuated object can be an anti-glare rearview mirror, a sunshade curtain, a headlamp, or a transmittance-adjustable window of a vehicle. The actuated object can be a sunshade curtain or a transmittance-adjustable window of a building.

  • Publication number: 20040233677
Abstract: A door handle module of a car optionally illuminates for locating and/or safety purposes. The illuminating portion of the door handle module can be arranged on either the handle portion or the base portion. When the driver unlocks the door, particularly when practiced via a remote car controller, the illuminating portion of the door handle module emits light so that the driver can find the handle portion easily to open the door. On the other hand, when the driver or passenger is ready to get off the car, the illumination portion also emits light to warn the oncoming vehicles or pedestrians to prevent from hitting on the opening door.
