Abstract: The present invention is a control panel assembly method for a fitness equipment meter. The processors of the A/D module and IC module are integrated into a single processor, namely, all control firmware and electric components of the control panel as well as the control program are combined into a single processor. The ECU of the IC module works with the integrated control mode to comprehensively control the motion and display functions of the control panel. Electric components are saved, reducing the manufacturing cost and efficiently shortening the communication time of processors for a markedly improved response and performance of an electric circuit.

Abstract: The present invention is a control system with a display interface for the fitness equipment meter. The control system includes an IC board and A/D board. The A/D board is connected to a display unit, and the information input from the IC board can be converted by A/D board and presented on the display. The IC board is fitted with a processor combined with display interface firmware to control the font on screen and the size, color and position of pattern. The A/D board executes only signal conversion. Therefore, the screen display patterns are controlled by the IC board, and A/D board can be universally applied to different models. An OSD display interface in the present invention achieves multiple-screen and dynamic display features in a cost-effective way.

Abstract: The vibrating device for fitness equipment includes a control unit mounted onto a preset location of the fitness equipment; and a vibrating body assembled into a space within the fitness equipment. The vibrating body allows signal transmission with the control unit. The vibrating body has a vibrating source, vibrating seat and massager, the vibrating seat with an exposed part being mounted over the vibrating source. The massager is mounted onto the vibrating seat for human contact. When the control unit transmits an active signal to the vibrating body, the vibrating source is activated, and the vibrating seat is driven synchronously to generate vibration for the desired massage effect.
