  • Publication number: 20170161445
    Abstract: A biological signal detection method includes obtaining a bioelectric signal and recording the signal strengths of a plurality of points in the bioelectric signal as a sequence S1=(Xn)n?N ; converting the sequence S1 into a sequence S 2 = ( Y 1 , Y 2 , Y 3 , … ? , Y j ) , ? { Y j = a , X i + 1 > X i Y j = b , X i + 1 < X i , 1 ? i ? n , 1 ? j ? ( n - 1 ) ; obtaining a group of sub-sequence Dk=(Yk)j?k?j+m from the sequence S2 with at least one arranging length (m+1), wherein 1?k?(n?1?m); counting the number of occurrences of every arrangement in the group of sub-sequence Dk and deciding a characteristic arrangement in the arrangements of the group of sub-sequence Dk; and comparing the sum of the numbers of occurrences of the characteristic arrangements in the group of sub-sequence Dk with a standard threshold, so as to identify a physiological information behind the bioelectric signal.

  • Publication number: 20110160600
Abstract: An erectile function index measuring and analyzing system includes a measuring device and an analyzing device. The measuring device is configured to output a standard pulse signal based upon a penile artery pulse of a subject that is measured while a penis of the subject is in a relaxed state, a first comparative pulse signal based upon a penile artery pulse that is measured after releasing the penis from external pressure larger than a systolic pressure, and a second comparative pulse signal based upon a penile artery pulse that is measured while the penis is in an erect state. The measuring device is further configured to measure heartbeat for outputting an electrocardiogram signal. According to the above signals, the analyzing device is operable to obtain a vasodilatation index, a pulse wave velocity and an erectile index to serve as erectile function indices used for determining erectile function of the subject.

  • Publication number: 20090264775
Abstract: A blood vessel ageing index measuring and analyzing system includes a pressure applying unit, a measuring unit, a front end signal processing unit, and a back end signal analyzing unit. The pressure applying unit is configured to apply external pressure to a limb of a subject, or to release the limb of the subject from the external pressure. The measuring unit is configured to output a standard radial artery pulse signal and a comparative radial artery pulse signal. The front end signal processing unit is configured to process the standard and comparative radial artery pulse signals to generate a digital standard radial artery pulse signal and a digital comparative radial artery pulse signal. The back end signal analyzing unit is configured to obtain a blood vessel ageing index according to the digital standard and comparative radial artery pulse signals.

  • Patent number: 7077809
Abstract: In a vasodilatation index measuring and analyzing system, a measuring unit includes a measuring device for measuring standard and comparative pulses of a digit of a subject in relaxed and comparative states, respectively. An external pressure is applied to a limb part of the subject to occlude blood flow to the digit following measurement of the standard pulse. The comparative pulse is measured upon release of the external pressure. A pre-processing unit is coupled to the measuring unit for filtering noise from and digitizing the standard and comparative pulses obtained by the measuring device. An analyzing unit is coupled to the pre-processing unit for calculating standard and comparative pulse areas of at least one cycle of the standard and comparative pulses processed by the pre-processing unit, respectively, and for subsequently calculating a pre-defined index related to a difference between the standard and comparative pulse areas.

  • Publication number: 20050090720
Abstract: A pulse analyzing apparatus includes a measuring unit, a capture unit for processing a pulse signal from the measuring unit, and an operation analyzing unit for calculating the pulse signal processed by the capture unit. Thus, the pulse analyzing apparatus uses a multi-way measurement process to simultaneously measure the pulse signals of different portions of a tested person, thereby simplifying the measurement process and saving the time.
