    Abstract: The invention provides a material surface treatment equipment, which is applied to a material substrate. The material surface treatment equipment includes a surface treatment device and at least one waveguide device. The surface treatment device is used to carry the material substrate to perform a surface treatment process. Each waveguide device is used for introducing electromagnetic waves to the material substrate to assist in performing the surface treatment process. Through the introduction of electromagnetic waves, the surface treatment process of the material substrate is easy to perform and can achieve the strengthening effect.

    Abstract: An apparatus for producing silicon carbide crystal is provided and includes a composite structure formed by a plurality of graphite layers and silicon carbide seed crystals, wherein a density or thickness of each layer of graphite is gradually adjusted to reduce a difference of a thermal expansion coefficient and Young's modulus between the graphite layers and silicon carbide. The composite structure can be stabilized on a top portion or an upper cover of a crucible made of graphite, thereby preventing the silicon carbide crystal from falling off.

The planning engine converts original planning buckets with varying bucket lengths into target planning buckets that have substantially identical bucket lengths. The planning engine further retrieves a cycle time of the device, and selects one of the target planning buckets accordingly. The planning engine also plans a capacity in the selected target planning bucket according to the quantity of the device.
