    Abstract: In a method of cleaning a lithography system, during idle mode, a stream of air is directed, through a first opening, into a chamber of a wafer table of an EUV lithography system. One or more particles is extracted by the directed stream of air from surfaces of one or more wafer chucks in the chamber of the wafer table. The stream of air and the extracted one or more particle are drawn, through a second opening, out of the chamber of the wafer table.

In this way, an existing traffic light perception model can be updated/improved and/or a better traffic light perception model can be developed.

The light guide plate is disposed on a lower surface of the shielding sheet. The reflecting sheet is disposed below the light guide plate. The reflecting sheet includes a plurality of first slits. When the length of the base plate is adjusted along the long axis direction, the reflective sheet is adjusted and moved along with the base plate by expansion of the first slits.

In certain configurations, the apparatus includes an internal voltage source on a same die of the chip. The internal voltage source receives a constant voltage. The internal voltage source generates an internal voltage based on the constant voltage. The internal voltage is maintained at a lower voltage level in a capture phase of the scan test, and is increased from the lower voltage level to a high voltage level at a start of a shift phase of the scan test and reduced from the high voltage level to the lower voltage level at an end of the shift phase.

The AVF stenosis detection system includes: a sensing device including a microphone; and a server coupled to the sensing device. The sensing device contacts a first location of a patient body, wherein there is a first distance between the first location and a second location of an AVF of the patient body, and the first location is located on an extended path of an artery or a vein corresponding to the AVF. The sensing device receives a frequency spectrum signal through the microphone and transmits the frequency spectrum signal to the server. The server calculates a stenosis percentage of the AVF corresponding to the frequency spectrum signal through a machine learning module and transmits the stenosis percentage to the sensing device.
