    Abstract: A laser inspection system is provided. A laser source emits a laser with a first spectrum and the laser is transmitted by a first optical fiber. A gain optical fiber doped with special ions is connected to the first optical fiber, and a light detector is provided around the gain optical fiber. When the laser with the first spectrum passes through the gain optical fiber, the gain optical fiber absorbs part of the energy level of the laser with the first spectrum, so that the laser with the first spectrum is converted to generate light with a second spectrum based on the frequency conversion phenomenon. The light detector detects the intensity of the light with the second spectrum, so that the power of the laser source can be obtained.

    Abstract: This invention provides a bidirectional interactive traffic-control management system. The system comprises a road and traffic network information subsystem, an urban traffic control subsystem and a road-users' route guidance subsystem. The first subsystem forms real-time traffic information of all road sections in the digital urban traffic-control road network. The second subsystem generates a real-time optimal signal timing plan for each intersection based on the real-time traffic information of its connecting road sections. The third subsystem generates a real-time optimal route plan based on the real-time travel information of all road-users, the real-time traffic information of all road sections, and the real-time optimal signal timing plan of each intersection of the road network. It then transmits the optimal route plan into a navigator in a mobile device of a road-user or in an on-board-unit of a moving vehicle or via a roadside unit for transmission.

    Abstract: Disclosures of the present invention describe a moving object detection system and method, wherein a pre-processer module, a feature extraction module, an image optical flow estimation module, a feature points grouping module, and a moving object determination module are provided in a controlling and processing module of the system by a form of library, variables, or operands. Moreover, a feature difference calculation unit, a matrix establishing unit and a corner feature point acquiring unit are provided in the feature extraction module, and that is helpful for enhancing computing speed of the controlling and processing device in verifying corner feature points from image frames. Therefore, after the corner feature points are applied with a cluster labeling process, the moving object determination module can achieve motion detection of at least one object locating in a monitoring area by determining whether corner feature point groups move or not.
