    Abstract: A package structure includes a first RDL, an adhesive layer and a first electronic component. Upper bumps and conductive pads are provided on a first upper surface and a first lower surface of the first RDL, respectively. The adhesive layer is located on the first upper surface of the first RDL and surrounds the upper bumps. The first electronic component is mounted on the adhesive layer and includes conductors which are visible from an active surface of the first electronic component and joined to the upper bumps, the active surface of the first electronic component faces toward the first upper surface of the first RDL. Two adhesive surfaces of the adhesive layer are adhered to the first upper surface of the first RDL and the active surface of the first electronic component, respectively.

    Abstract: A common voltage compensation device suitable for a display panel of a liquid crystal display is provided. The common voltage compensation device includes a timing controller and a compensation circuit. The timing controller receives an image signal and generates control signals to the compensation circuit according to a determination mechanism. The compensation circuit sends a common voltage compensation signal to the display panel according to the control signals outputted from the timing controller in order to compensate the common voltage on the display panel. The determination mechanism performs an analysis of a gray scale distribution of a horizontal line signal of the image signal, and determines whether to compensate the common voltage according to an analysis result, and determines a polarity required to be compensated to perform the compensation when the compensation is needed.

    Abstract: A flat panel display, an image correction circuit and method thereof are provided. The image correction circuit mainly includes a digital to analog conversion unit and a data processing unit. The digital to analog conversion unit includes a temperature sensor and a gamma voltage generator. The gamma voltage generator is adopted for generating a plurality of gamma voltages, and the temperature sensor is electrically connected to the gamma voltage generator and adopted for sensing the working temperature of the gamma voltage generator. The data processing unit is electrically connected to the digital to analog conversion unit. When the working temperature of the gamma voltage generator changes to higher (or lower) than the room temperature, the data processing unit selects and outputs applicable digital data to the digital to analog conversion unit. Therefore, the digital to analog conversion unit outputs a predetermined gamma voltage at room temperature according to the digital data.

    Abstract: A control circuit and a method discharging capacitor/transistor, for a liquid crystal display (LCD), are provided. The control circuit includes a signal-off detector and an all-gate-on delay cell. When an LCD power-off signal is detected, a first control signal is transmitted to a power supply module for turning off power except the gate-on voltage, and turning off VGH after a specific delay time. A second control signal is also transmitted to the gate-on-delay cell, so that all gates of the pixel transistors are turned on after a second specific delay time. The charges on the pixel transistor are discharged via a source thereof before the gate-on voltage decreases below a threshold value, such that a residual image phenomenon caused by heterogeneous filming fabrication is reduced.
