The test pattern has a plurality of optical states. The reflectance measurement apparatus is coupled to the carrier and is configured to measure reflectances of the test pattern and at least one sub-frame, and the processing apparatus is coupled to the reflectance measurement apparatus and is configured to determine whether the reflectance is worse than a threshold value of a ghost image index.
