  • Patent number: 9791008
Abstract: A brake disk includes a first abrasive disk, a second abrasive disk and a heat dissipation disk co-axially sandwiched between the first abrasive disk and the second abrasive disk. A middle disk is co-axially mounted onto the first abrasive disk and the second abrasive disk, wherein the middle disk is adapted to be mounted to a hub. A specific heat capacity coefficient of the heat dissipation disk is greater than that of the first abrasive disk and the second abrasive disk for absorbing thermal energy from the first abrasive disk and the second abrasive disk and lowering the temperature of the first abrasive disk and the second abrasive disk during braking.

Abstract: A disc brake includes a first casing and a second casing abutting each other to define a receiving space for partially and separately receiving a brake disc. The first casing and the second casing respectively has an axial pushing apparatus mounted therein. Each axial pushing apparatus has a first end outwardly extending through the first/second casing and a second end having a lining pad mounted thereon. The first end of each of the axial pushing apparatus is respectively connected to a lever that is connected to a brake cable. The two axial pushing apparatus inwardly moves the two brake linings to synchronously clamp the two opposite sides of the brake disc for speeding down or stop the bicycle when the brake cable pulls the lever.

  • Publication number: 20110121561
Abstract: A pipe connector has a main body, a sleeve and elastic claws. The reducing flanged pipe of the main body is linked to several guiding lugs with a guiding surface. Several inclined pushing discs are formed on the inner wall of the sleeve and abutted with the guiding lugs. A radiative swinging baseline facing the inner wall of the sleeve is formed at the center of the main body. With the lowering force applied to the sleeve, the guiding lug can be elastically accumulated to swing inwards or outwards on the swinging baseline under the guidance of the inclined pushing disc. When the force applied by the user is released, the sleeve will be resumed to move up with the resetting of the guiding lug. The pipe connector of the present invention is characterized by simple construction and more stable guidance with improved applicability and industrial benefits.

  • Patent number: 7484674
Abstract: The present invention provides an improved water flow switching mechanism of a gear-type sprinkler, which addresses problems of typical gear-type sprinklers, such as invalid water switching and poor stability. The gear-type sprinkler includes a water inlet portion, a water outlet portion and accommodating space. A convex framework is additionally placed onto the accommodating space opposite the separate water outlets. Two lateral grooves are defined in the convex framework, each corresponding to a water outlet. So the pivotal portion of the rotary switching seat is assembled centrally into the convex framework. The rotary switching seat is provided with two opposite extension flanges. The extension flange may block the lateral groove of the convex framework in line with the swinging direction of the rotary switching seat. The water-stop area of rotary switching seat is greatly increased, thus ensuring the stability of the water flow switching state and improving performance of the sprinkler.

  • Patent number: 7429029
Abstract: The present invention is a sealing structure for a rotary valve of a squirt gun. The rotary valve is placed into a housing of the squirt gun body between an inlet duct and an outlet duct. The rotary valve is provided with a through hole, and both ends of the rotary valve are connected to a button outside of the squirt gun body. The rotation angle of the rotary valve can be adjusted to control the switching or misalignment state between the through hole of the rotary valve and the inlet duct and the outlet duct. A flexible sealer is placed on the outer wall of the rotary valve opposite to the inlet duct or outlet duct of the squirt gun body. When the through hole of the rotary valve is misaligned with the inlet duct and outlet duct, the flexible sealer is placed opposite to the inlet duct or outlet duct to achieve water-tightness, thereby reducing the components and saving the manufacturing cost for improved industrial applications.

  • Patent number: 7377456
Abstract: The water flow control structure of a water gun includes a movable control tube, stepwise positioning unit, oblique guide and resilient component. When the control tube is moved by the control component, it is turned by the oblique guide and stepwise positioning unit. Each time the first guide of the control tube coordinates with the position of the stepwise positioning unit, it makes the space between the stopper head of the control tube and the water control outlet of the water holder close or open in different degrees to control water flow. The entire control structure is hidden inside the water gun. The repeated movements of the control component can switch the water flow mode, which is convenient and practical.

  • Publication number: 20070290071
Abstract: The present invention provides an improved structure of a sprinkler. The invention has a water storage space inside the sprinkler base, so that the water flows into the sprinkler base through water pipe connector. The water fills up the water storage space first and then flows into the sprinkler unit. The sprinkler base is weighed down with water without having other blocks to secure it. The invention not only saves cost but also secures the base as well, which makes it more practical.

  • Patent number: 7182275
Abstract: A sprinkler structure comprises a support unit, a spray unit, and at least one fastening unit. A water pipe of the spray unit is uprightly supported by the support unit along with the fastening unit comprising a tubular seat, a press block, and a control lever. The tubular seat is provided with a center through hole to accommodate the water pipe, and a through slot in which the press block is pivoted. The control lever is provided at a pivoting end with an eccentric press surface and is fastened pivotally with two pivoting lugs of the tubular seat such that the eccentric press surface pushes the press block to arrest the water pipe at the time when the control lever is swiveled in one direction. The press block releases the water pipe at the time when the control lever is swiveled in other direction.
