    Abstract: The present invention is directed to methods of treating hypertriglyceridemia or hypertriglyceridemia-related diseases in a subject by using recombinant PRAP1 polypeptides. According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the subject is a human, in which the recombinant PRAP1 polypeptide comprises the amino acid sequence 100% identical to SEQ ID NO: 1 or 2.
