    Abstract: A music stand including a tripod, a telescopic rod installed on a tripod, a connector installed on the telescopic rod, a music rest installed on the connector, and a transverse tube installed on the connector. The music rest is formed by a plate frame formed by an L shape plate and a foldable plate pivotally installed on a transverse rod. The transverse rod of the music rest passes through the transverse tube on the connector. The transverse rod is movable within the transverse tube so that the foldable plate is turned downwards to be on the L shape plate. The music rest is pushed downwards in that the connector is pivotally installed on a top of the telescopic rod, two cambered plates are installed below the connector, and a cambered groove is formed on the cambered plate. A positioning stud passes through the cambered groove and is screwedly installed on the telescopic rod. By loosing or tightening the positioning stud the music rest on the connector can be easily turned.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to an improved music stand that comprises a tripod, a telescopic rod, a music rest, and a connector. The telescopic rod can be disposed on the tripod and the telescopic rod can be readily adjusted for its height. The music rest is configured by an upper half and a lower half that are pivotally connected with each other. By this arrangement, the upper half can be folded onto the lower half. The rear portion of the music rest is provided with a connecting rod that is arranged in traverse direction. The connector has a T-shape configuration and the connecting rod is inserted into the upper portion of the connector. The lower portion of the connector is pivotally attached to the upper end of the telescopic rod and it can be rotated in traverse direction. The upper half of the music rest can be folded onto the lower half of the music rest. The connector can be rotated such that the coupling rod is arranged in parallel with the telescopic rod. The tripod can be retracted.

    Abstract: A guitar rack structure that is composed of a fixing plate and two leg stands, characterized in that: on each of two sides symmetrically arranged below the fixing plate is respectively a reversed-L shaped adjusting hole, on the support rod of each leg stand is respectively a longitudinal through hole corresponding to the adjusting hole, with a shaft rod pulling through the adjusting hole and the through hole, to control the unfolding and folding of the two leg stands; the leg stand comprises a support rod, a bottom rod and a placement rod, at the center of the bottom rod is a connector part, the bottom rod is fitted to the bottom of the support rod by the connector part for its folding purpose; and near the top of the bottom rod on the support rod is fitted a placement rod, the placement rod may be folded upwards. Thus, when the above-mentioned construction is assembled for use, the invention may facilitate the unfolding of the rack, or the rack may be folded to reduce the space for its storage.
