  • Publication number: 20180164041
Abstract: The present invention relates to a phase-changing heat dissipater and a manufacturing method thereof. The heat dissipater includes a main body, a capillary structure and a working fluid. The capillary structure is composed of a plurality of metal powders being provided on an inner wall of the main body with a spraying means and processed with a sintering process for being formed thereon; and the working fluid is filled in the main body. Accordingly, the capillary structure is able to be tightly adhered in main body, thereby effectively preventing the capillary structure from being damaged and enhancing the heat conducting performance of the phase-changing heat dissipater.

  • Publication number: 20170020026
Abstract: A vapor chamber structure includes an extruded aluminum case having a bottom plate and plural first separating units, an extruded aluminum cover combined with the extruded aluminum case correspondingly and having a top plate and plural second separating units, and a working fluid filled in an interior formed by the extruded aluminum case and the extruded aluminum cover. Each first separating unit includes plural first fins. A first groove is disposed between adjacent first fins. Each second separating unit includes plural second fins. A second groove is disposed between adjacent second fins. Each second separating unit is disposed between adjacent first separating units. The first grooves are individually interlaced with the adjacent second grooves. Thus, the heat exchange between the vaporized working fluid and the gas in adjacent grooves can be performed, which improves the efficiency of heat transfer.

  • Publication number: 20070168717
Abstract: A data protection method includes switching a power source of a dual bank DRAM to a battery when external power fails, and placing a bank 1 of the dual bank DRAM into a self refresh mode. A data protection method further includes checking if a power failure occurred previously when a computer is turned on, initializing the bank 0 of the dual bank DRAM and initializing the SMI routine, and enabling the bank 1 of the dual bank DRAM if a power failure occurred. Thus, valuable data retained in the DRAM is prevented from being damaged or lost.
