    Abstract: A semiconductor die included in a semiconductor die package may include a plurality of decoupling trench capacitor regions in a device region of the semiconductor die. At least two or more of the decoupling trench capacitor regions include decoupling trench capacitor structures having different depths. The depths of the decoupling trench capacitor structures in the decoupling trench capacitor regions may be selected to provide sufficient capacitance so as to satisfy circuit decoupling parameters for circuits of the semiconductor die package, while reducing the likelihood of warping, breaking, and/or cracking of the semiconductor die package.

    Abstract: A method for preparing a stabilizer containing phosphate ester, including following steps: (1) distributing a compound containing phosphorous and oxide in polar aprotic solvent to obtain a mixture; (2) adding bis(2-hydroxyethyl) terephthalate (BHET) into the mixture to carry out a reaction so as to obtain a solution; and (3) hydrolyzing the solution to obtain a stabilizer containing phosphate ester, where the stabilizer includes compounds represented by the following formulas (I) and (II): where X1, X2 and X3 are independently selected from the moiety represented by following formula (III), and R1 and R2 are independently selected from one of the linear or branched alkylene radicals comprising 2 to 4 carbon atoms The method yields a phosphate ester containing a phosphate monoester and a phosphate diester of a high content and only a minor amount of phosphoric acid in the absence of phosphate triester without the step of extraction.

The power converter receives AC power to convert to DC power. The harmonic wave generator generates a harmonic wave from the DC power. The voltage level of the harmonic wave is decreased by the voltage divider to generate a comparing signal. The modify element compares the comparing signal and a feedback current signal of the LED to regulate the DC power accordingly for power-supplying the LED stably. Therefore the power factor (PF) of the driving circuit is enhanced.
