  • Patent number: 9780629
Abstract: A method for manufacturing a magnet-conductive device includes performing a punch process to a plate by a glue-injectable punch structure, wherein the glue-injectable punch structure includes a punch head and a control member. The punch head comprises an accommodating cavity, an injection hole and an inlet, and a supply channel is formed by the accommodating cavity, the injection hole and the inlet. The control member selectively obstructs the supply channel or permits the supply channel into conduction. By using the method for manufacturing the magnet-conductive device, the stack between plural plates is simplified, and the coupling strength between adjacent plates is enhanced. In addition, this invention considers the gel between adjacent plates to be insulating medium to lower the iron loss of the magnet-conductive plates.

  • Patent number: 9100584
Abstract: The present disclosure illustrates a camera array correction method. The method comprises steps of calculating the gain values between the images captured by cameras with the pre-measured characteristic of each of the cameras. By such correction method, the different cameras in the camera array can capture images of the same brightness values and color values simultaneously. In addition, the huge computation requirement due to the increasing of the cameras can be reduced effectively.

  • Publication number: 20150162788
Abstract: A rotor core assembly for a reluctance motor and a manufacturing method of the same, wherein the rotor core assembly has multiple silicon steel laminations and a nonmagnetic material. The silicon steel laminations are axially stacked, and each silicon steel lamination has multiple magnetic flux sections. Each magnetic flux section has multiple arcuate grooves and multiple salient poles. The arcuate grooves are concentrically arranged. The salient poles protrude into the grooves. The nonmagnetic material is disposed in the grooves, and is wrapped around the salient poles, which enables the silicon steel laminations to remain securely assembled together. The salient poles are disposed in the grooves to avoid ruining the magnetic line of force. As a result, the rotor core assembly can keep rigidity of the assembled silicon steel laminations, and can keep the integrity of the magnetic circuit.

  • Publication number: 20150103213
Abstract: A device and a method for reducing a smear effect. The device comprises an image sensing module and a smear reduction module. The image sensing module captures an image and optical black data generated from the optical area of the image sensing module. The smear reduction module searches the optical black data generated in the lower boundary of the optical black area corresponding to which generated in the upper boundary of the optical black area according to coordinates of the optical black data. Thereby, the smear reduction module can compute an offset line representing an offset of the optical black data, and the smear reduction module compensates the smear effect occurring in the image.

  • Patent number: 8786729
Abstract: An entered image is divided into a plurality of windows and it is determined, on a per-window basis, whether the image data within an applicable window is indicative of the color white, based upon the position of each window in the image and the continuity to its surrounding divided windows. A white balance method is performed based upon data of a window determined to be indicative of the color white. The present invention conducts a white balance process through the addition of determining the light source type weight and calculating the continuity of each divided window and its surrounding divided windows. In order the white balance process to accurately obtain the colors of an entered image even under the conditions of specific scenes with distinctive colors.

  • Publication number: 20140144581
Abstract: A method for manufacturing magnet-conductive device includes a filling step and an adhering step. The filling step includes providing a glue by a glue dispenser and contacting the glue with a first magnet-conductive plate to make the glue adhered to a lower surface of the first magnet-conductive plate. The adhering step includes making the lower surface of the first magnet-conductive plate face toward a second magnet-conductive plate, making the first magnet-conductive plate and the second magnet-conductive plate stackable from each other and adhering the first magnet-conductive plate and the second magnet-conductive plate via the glue. Eventually, by repeatedly performing the filling step and the adhering step, the desirable stacking quantity is achieved to form a magnet-conductive device.

  • Patent number: 8234454
Abstract: A method of numerical analysis for continuous data includes: providing a temporary storage block, fetching a plurality of data units sequentially from continuous data to store in the temporary storage block, conducting an analysis step wherein each data unit is analyzed sequentially based on all the data units stored in the temporary storage block, recording the analysis result, performing an OR operation on the analysis result of each of the data units and the corresponding previous analysis result, and determining whether the end of the continuous data has been reached. If so, the method terminates. If not, the first of the data units is removed, the next data unit from the continuous data is fetched, and the analysis step is returned to. The method can be implemented in hardware with less temporary storage space and read/write overheads. A system of numerical analysis for continuous data is also provided.
