    Abstract: A carbon dioxide purification system for the treatment of a waste gas produced by a generator includes a water removal unit having at least one drying device, and a purification unit having a plurality of pressure swing adsorption devices disposed and connected in series with each other. The at least one drying device is used to reduce water vapor in the waste gas and to form a dry gas mixture having carbon dioxide gas. The pressure swing adsorption devices are used to purify carbon dioxide gas from the dry gas mixture, so as to obtain a gas product containing carbon dioxide gas with a purity of more than 99.5%.

    Abstract: A vapor deposition device for forming a ceramic coating on a substrate, the device including a coating chamber, loading chambers, substrate support mechanisms, horizontal moving mechanisms, and reversing mechanisms, and configured as follows. The coating chamber and each loading chambers are connected individually to a vacuumizer and are connected to each other at their openings. In the coating chamber, an electron gun is provided that emits an electron beam with which the held ceramic raw material is irradiated. Each of the substrate support mechanisms includes left and right partition walls, a left substrate support plate on the left side of the left partition wall, and a right substrate support plate on the right side of the right partition wall. Each of the substrate support plates has multiple substrate mounting portions for mounting substrates thereon.

    Abstract: An ice making machine comprises a vertically aligned, cylindrical cooling cylinder of hollow annular section, a motor driven auger disposed within the inner periphery of the cooling cylinder, and an external cooling system including a compressor and heat exchanger as in the conventional fashion. Water is pumped into a freezing cavity containing the auger that is defined between the inner periphery of the cooling cylinder and a concentric inner cylinder. The auger scrapes ice from the inner periphery of the cooling cylinder and forces the flakes upwards toward an ejector above the cooling cylinder. The improvement thereof comprises the inclusion of a second cooling cylinder wherein the first auger scrapes ice from the corresponding peripheries of both cylinders and the second auger scrapes in from the additional ice forming surface defined by the inner periphery of the second cylinder.
