  • Publication number: 20240081077
Abstract: A transistor includes a first semiconductor layer, a second semiconductor layer, a semiconductor nanosheet, a gate electrode and source and drain electrodes. The semiconductor nanosheet is physically connected to the first semiconductor layer and the second semiconductor layer. The gate electrode wraps around the semiconductor nanosheet. The source and drain electrodes are disposed at opposite sides of the gate electrode. The first semiconductor layer surrounds the source electrode, the second semiconductor layer surrounds the drain electrode, and the semiconductor nanosheet is disposed between the source and drain electrodes.

  • Patent number: 8108704
Abstract: A method for automatically switching power states is disclosed. According to the method, when an electronic apparatus is in a power-saving state and a waking up time is reached, the electronic apparatus is switched into a working state, and when an executing time is reached, the electronic apparatus automatically executes an assigned function. After completing the assigned function, the electronic apparatus is switched back into the power-saving state for energy-saving purpose.

  • Publication number: 20110110430
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for motion estimation in multimedia images, which comprises steps of: dividing a predict image frame into a plurality of groups of macroblocks, and each of the groups of macroblocks including a plurality of macroblocks; predicting a motion vector of each of the groups of macroblocks, and producing a predict motion vector; producing one or more search windows according to the predict motion vector; and comparing a plurality of pixels in each macroblock of each group of macroblocks to a plurality of pixels in the search window, and producing an actual motion vector, respectively. Thereby, by gathering a plurality of macroblocks, a shared predict motion vector is produced for reducing computations in coding. Hence, the coding efficiency can be enhanced.

  • Publication number: 20100057749
Abstract: A method for playing an E-mail is provided. The E-mail is read in from a mail transmitting and receiving apparatus, and the E-mail includes a number of mail information fields. Further, an assigned filed data is checked, and at least one of the mail information fields is recorded in the assigned filed data. Moreover, according to the mail information field recorded in the assigned filed data, a mail message is extracted from a corresponding mail information field of the E-mail. In addition, the mail message is stored in a text temporary file. Further, the text temporary file is transformed into an audio data file for playing.
