The first inverter comprises a first terminal and a second terminal, a first electrode of the first transistor is electrically connected with the second terminal of the first inverter, a fourth electrode of the second transistor is electrically connected with the first terminal of the first inverter, a seventh electrode of the third transistor is electrically connected with the second terminal of the first inverter and the first electrode of the first transistor, a tenth electrode of the fourth transistor is electrically connected with a third electrode of the first transistor and a fifth electrode of the second transistor, and an eleventh electrode of the fourth transistor is electrically connected with a ninth electrode of the third transistor.
