Abstract: A home controller and an information updating method thereof are provided. The home controller is configured to control a home equipment and includes a micro-processing unit, a first fiber interface circuit, a second fiber interface circuit and a first button. The first button is coupled to the micro-processing unit and disposed on a shell body of the home controller. If the first button is triggered, the micro-processing unit receives identifier (ID) information through the first fiber interface circuit or the second fiber interface circuit and updates the ID of the home controller according to the ID information.

Abstract: A gateway communication filter and a gateway communication filter configuration method thereof are provided to allow users to perform remote home control by using a mobile communication device. The method includes after a learning signal and a reset signal are simultaneously received and during a period of continually receiving the learning signal, receiving a calling signal from the mobile communication device through a mobile phone network; identifying a phone number corresponding to the mobile communication device according to the calling signal; and storing the phone number corresponding to the mobile device into a memory circuit as a manager phone number. Accordingly, the gateway communication filter allows users to perform remote home control securely and conveniently.

Abstract: A home control gateway and a home control network connection method for remote home controlling are provided. The method includes receiving a calling signal from a mobile device through a mobile phone network, identifying a phone number according to the calling signal, verifying whether the phone number exists in a database of the home control gateway, generating a token, and transferring the token to the mobile device as a short message. The method further includes, when receiving a connection request from the mobile device by the short message with the token, allowing building a communication channel with the mobile device.

Abstract: A method and a system for automatically collecting inspection records are provided. The method includes connecting to a chip installed on at least one location by wire through a mobile device to provide a power to the chip. The method also includes changing a variable value recorded in a memory unit of the chip when the chip receives the power, encapsulating the variable value, a serial number of the chip, and inspection relevant information corresponding to the at least one location into a token, and transmitting the token to the mobile device. The method further includes transmitting a signal including the serial number, the variable value, and the inspection relevant information to a management terminal according to the token when the mobile device receives the token and recording an inspection record corresponding to the at least one location according to the signal by the management terminal.
