  • Publication number: 20240170211
Abstract: A metal electrode of a ceramic capacitor and a method of forming the same are provided. The method includes mixing metal powders and a barium titanate organic-precursor to obtain precursor powders; adding an adhesive to the precursor powders to obtain a metal slurry; performing a molding process to the metal slurry to obtain a film material; performing a binder burn-out process to the film material to obtain a degumming film; and performing a sintering process to the degumming film to obtain the metal electrode. By mixing specific amount of barium titanate organic-precursor with the metal powders, the barium titanate metallic organic-precursor can be transformed to barium titanate in the following process, and barium titanate can be dispersed between the metals homogeneously. Therefore, electrode continuity can be increased.

  • Patent number: 9656867
Abstract: This present invention relates to a method of synthesizing copper selenide powder by using a hot-injection method wherein a proper amount of a reducing agent is added to a mixed solution made of copper cationic solution and selenium anionic solution, and the mixed solution is maintained at a temperature of 230° C. for 40 minutes to obtain Copper Selenide powder. The Copper selenide powder, which is in the form of CuSe or Cu2-xSe, can be synthesized by adjusting the amount of the reducing agent being added to the mixed solution.

  • Publication number: 20100009185
Abstract: An enameled wire containing a nano-filler includes a metallic wire and at least one layer of insulating coating. At least one layer of the at least one layer of insulating coating includes a nano-filler. The nano-filler is a modified silicon dioxide slurry comprising silicon dioxide, organic solvent and organic silane coupling agent. The nano-filler comprises silicon dioxide modified with an organic silane coupling agent to improve dispersion of the nano-filler and maintain properties of the insulating coating. In addition, material and manufacturing costs of the enameled wire can be lowered.

  • Publication number: 20090136441
Abstract: A nano-scaled antifouling paint for boat is fabricated. A few hydrophobic nano-particles are added into the paint to obtain a nanostructure and a low surface energy. Thus, sea creatures are hard to adhere on the boat or are easily removed. Moreover, owing to a low wettability of the paint, a water drag is reduced when the boat sails, and so fuel is saved.
