Abstract: An electronic system is provided. The electronic system includes a first electronic device and a second electronic device. The first electronic device includes a first display unit and a first processing unit. The first processing unit is used to run a first operating system. The second electronic device includes a second processing unit. The second processing unit is used to run a second operating system. The first electronic device and the second electronic device independently run the first operating system and the second operating system. When the first electronic device is electrically connected to the second electronic device, a state of the first operating system and the second operating system are respectively maintained and are selectively displayed on the first display unit.

Abstract: An electrical connector for electrically interconnecting a daughter board and a circuit board each having a plurality of contact pads comprises an insulative housing and a plurality of terminals received in the housing. The housing has a top face and an opposite bottom face. The housing defines a number of receiving areas recessed from the top face and a plurality of receiving holes located in the receiving areas and extending through the housing from the top face to the bottom face. Each terminal comprises a pair of U-shaped mounting beams, a base portion extending between corresponding ends of the mounting beams, a support portion extending between corresponding opposite ends of the mounting beams and an arcuate contact beam extending from the base portion and having a free end located on the support portion for electrically connecting with a corresponding contact pad of the daughter board.

Abstract: A socket connector includes a rectangular base plate adapted to be positioned on a circuit board and retaining an electronic device, such as an integrated circuit, thereon for establishing electrical connection between the electronic device and the circuit board by means of contacts retained therein. Bumps are formed on the base plate for engaging with notches defined in the electronic device to precisely positioning the electronic device with respect to the base plate. A retention module includes a frame having four wall segments defining an interior space therebetween for receiving the base plate. A pair of sideways projections is formed on one wall segment with aligned holes defined therein for receiving pivots of a resilient clip thereby making the clip movable between an open position where the base plate is exposed for receiving the electronic device and a closed position where the clip resiliently engages with the electronic device thereby securing the electronic device to the base plate.
