Abstract: A fan with a temperature detecting function includes a fan frame, an impeller and a circuit board. The fan frame includes an air-guiding room, an air inlet and an air outlet. The air inlet and the air outlet intercommunicate with the air-guiding room. The impeller is rotatably mounted in the air-guiding room. The circuit board is mounted to the fan frame and includes a temperature sensor extending into the air-guiding room and below an inner face of the fan frame.

The electrical transmitting portion is connected to the sensing portion. The insulating hardened layer at least envelops the electrical transmitting portion. A fan with a temperature detecting function includes the temperature sensor, a fan frame, and an impeller. The fan frame includes an air inlet and an air outlet. The impeller is rotatably mounted between the air inlet and the air outlet. The sensing portion of the temperature sensor is securely suspended in one of the air inlet and the air outlet of the fan frame by the insulating hardened layer.
