  • Patent number: 11935878
Abstract: A method for manufacturing a package structure includes providing a carrier board; providing at least one die having a top surface, a bottom surface, and a side surface on the carrier board; and forming a protective layer to cover at least a portion of the side surface of the die. The die includes a substrate, a semiconductor layer, a gate structure, a source structure and a drain structure, at least one dielectric layer, and at least one pad. The semiconductor layer is disposed on the substrate. The gate structure is disposed on the semiconductor layer. The source and the drain structures are disposed on opposite sides of the gate structure. The dielectric layer covers the gate, source, and drain structures. The pad is disposed on the dielectric layer and penetrates through the dielectric layer to electrically contact with the gate, source or drain structure.

  • Publication number: 20130229083
Abstract: An improved structure for brushless motors comprises a stationary part and a rotary or movable part mounted relative to the stationary part. The rotary part includes a frame and a plurality of magnets disposed, one after another, along one surface of the frame and attached to the surface of the frame adjacent to the stationary part, wherein each of the magnets has a curved surface so as to define a series of gaps between the curved surfaces of the magnets and the surface of the frame of the rotary or movable part. With the present invention, the airgap between the stationary part and rotary or movable part would be more uniform, and the motor can be manufactured more easily. Also, when running the motor, cogging or no-current torque can be reduced or eliminated, so that the motor can be operated more smoothly.

  • Publication number: 20130181571
Abstract: An improved structure for electrical machines generally comprises a plurality of stator modules, a supporting member, and at least one outer rotor. The stator modules are interconnected to form a stator core and define a total of seventy-two slots. The supporting member is fixedly mounted with the stator modules at a circumference thereof. The outer rotor is provided with a plurality of magnetic members for magnetically interaction with the stator modules. Thereby, the stator core thereof can be fabricated in a modularized way, so that the disadvantage of having to cut out a large central part of a stator core, as in conventional structures, can be overcome; moreover, the stator core thereof can cooperate with a rotor that employs iron-oxides magnets, to achieve a high power output and to increase the good rate of product.

  • Publication number: 20050006935
Abstract: A waistrest structure is intended to be incorporated into a chair. The structure includes a waistrest pad and an adjustment device enabling the waistrest pad to be moved away from or toward a waist area of the backrest of the chair. The adjustment device has two pivoting seats, which are fastened at an interval to the waist area of the backrest of the chair and are provided with a pivoting arm, a toothed wheel, a hinged tongue, and a recovery piece. The waistrest pad is mounted on the pivoting arm of the pivoting seats. The pivoting arm is located in a step-by-step manner by the hinged tongue whose tip engages the notches of the toothed wheel.
