Abstract: Methods and apparatus for a baking chamber for processing a chamber component are provided herein. In some embodiments, a baking chamber includes: an enclosure defining a first chamber, wherein the first chamber comprises: a first chamber body having a first floor and first sidewalls that couple the first floor to a first lid of the first chamber body to define a first interior volume; a first support disposed in the first interior volume; a first gas line disposed in the first interior volume proximate the first lid; a first showerhead disposed between the first gas line and the first support; a first exhaust coupled to the first floor; and a first heater disposed in the first interior volume between the first support and the first floor; and wherein the enclosure includes a door configured to facilitate transferring the chamber component into and out of the enclosure.

Abstract: Certain embodiments provide a method and non-transitory computer readable medium having instructions that, when executed by a processor of a processing system, cause the processing system to perform a method for improving operation of a semiconductor processing system. The method of part life estimation generally includes obtaining a chamber part having a first surface portion and second surface portion. A data matrix in the first portion of the chamber part is read. The data matrix has raised features. The first portion of the chamber part is cleaned. Wear on the raised features is evaluated. The part is discarded in response to the wear on the raised feature.

The web-based user interface is further configured to provide a virtual button. When the control circuit determines that the virtual button is clicked once, the control circuit collects the related information from different addresses corresponding to the related information in a memory space, and packages the collected related information as a single file, so as to perform a follow-up process on this single file.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to systems and methods for semiconductor tool part tracking and kit verification. Data relating to part identification and performance are encoded to a unique code that is encoded into machine-readable form, such as a data matrix. A multi-dimensional array (MDA) of the data matrices of a group of parts is a ‘golden MDA’. When assembled into a kit, the parts are scanned and compared to the golden MDA. If there's a match, a kit unique code is used to generate a kit data matrix. The part data matrix codes are provided to a database to determine if a part combination will cause a coupling effect, based on part usage history.

Abstract: A rope braking device includes a base, a one-way pulley, a handle, and a clamping part. The base has a guiding slot extends along a curve path. The one-way pulley is disposed on the base and is rotatable in a direction about a rotation center. A distance that is defined from the rotation center to the curve path is variable and has a relative minimum corresponding to a position of the curve path. The handle is pivotally connected to the base and has another guiding slot. The clamping part is slidably disposed in the two guiding slots simultaneously and opposite to the one-way pulley. When the handle pivots to move the clamping part to the position, a rope wound around the one-way pulley is compressed by the one-way pulley and the clamping part, so that the rope is movable in the direction and is unmovable in the reverse direction.

Abstract: A power-off protection circuit and a power-off protection method of an electrochromic device are revealed. A compelling bleached unit is connected to two electrodes of an electrochromic element in parallel. When a power provided to the electrochromic element is turned off, the compelling bleached unit forces the electrochromic element to be bleached by creating a short circuit in the electrochromic element. Thus quality of the electrochromic element will not be affected by the condition that the electrochromic element remains colored and unable to be bleached when the electrochromic element is still in the colored state and the power is suddenly cut-off.

The fill unit includes a plurality of first fill modules corresponding to the plurality of circuit board modules. The plurality of first fill modules, the cooling tank and the circuit board modules form a gap, and a plurality of coolant is filled in the gap to dissipate heat for the plurality of circuit board modules.

Abstract: The disclosure heat-dissipation system for a server provides a refrigeration tank configured for containing a refrigerant, a electrical component installed inside of the refrigeration tank submerged by the refrigerant and converts the refrigerant to a vapor, a cooling device installed outside of the refrigeration tank. A heat exchanger is coupled to the cooling device and installed outside of the refrigeration tank, the heat exchanger obtains the vapor from the refrigeration tank; wherein the heat exchanger exchanges the heated fluid formed by the vapor with the cooling device, for cooling the heated fluid, to return to the refrigeration tank.

Abstract: An IT device managing method is applied for an electronic device. The electronic device can communicate with a number of IT devices. The method includes the following steps. Periodically obtaining a temperature of each IT device, determining a load of each IT device corresponding to the obtained temperature and comparing each determined load with a preset value to determine the load of which IT device is greater than or equal to the preset value and determine the load of which IT device is less than the preset value. Obtaining a job currently run by the IT device that has a load greater than the preset value, and control the IT device to stop running the job. Controlling one IT device that has a load less than the preset value to run the job obtained from the IT device that has a load greater than or equal to the preset value.

The fan is installed in the chassis adjacent to the vents of the second end wall. The air guiding apparatus is fixed to the first end wall. A first end of the air guiding piece is stretchable to be fixed to the second end wall. The air guiding piece, the first sidewall, the first end wall, and the second end wall cooperatively bound an airflow channel for receiving the fan and the chip.

Abstract: An electronic device includes a main body and a number of fan modules. The main body defines a number of vents in a top of the main body. The fan modules are mounted to the top of the main body. Each fan module includes a housing and a fan. The housing includes a side plate defining an opening aligned with the vents. A stop plate is pivotably connected to a first end of the opening, and is operable to cover the opening. The fan is mounted in the housing, and is near a second end of the opening opposite to the first end.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a data buffer apparatus with wireless transmission function, including a transmission interface module, a memory module, a wireless transmission module and a microprocessor module. The transmission interface module is coupled to a monitoring unit and continuously receives at least one transmission signal data to be stored in the memory module. When the memory module has the transmission signal data, the microprocessor module controls the wireless transmission module to attempts to establish a wireless connection. If the wireless connection is successfully established, the transmission signal data will be sent. If the wireless connection can not be established, it will attempt to establish the wireless connection again after a period of time.
