    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to systems and methods for semiconductor tool part tracking and kit verification. Data relating to part identification and performance are encoded to a unique code that is encoded into machine-readable form, such as a data matrix. A multi-dimensional array (MDA) of the data matrices of a group of parts is a ‘golden MDA’. When assembled into a kit, the parts are scanned and compared to the golden MDA. If there's a match, a kit unique code is used to generate a kit data matrix. The part data matrix codes are provided to a database to determine if a part combination will cause a coupling effect, based on part usage history.

    Abstract: A rope braking device includes a base, a one-way pulley, a handle, and a clamping part. The base has a guiding slot extends along a curve path. The one-way pulley is disposed on the base and is rotatable in a direction about a rotation center. A distance that is defined from the rotation center to the curve path is variable and has a relative minimum corresponding to a position of the curve path. The handle is pivotally connected to the base and has another guiding slot. The clamping part is slidably disposed in the two guiding slots simultaneously and opposite to the one-way pulley. When the handle pivots to move the clamping part to the position, a rope wound around the one-way pulley is compressed by the one-way pulley and the clamping part, so that the rope is movable in the direction and is unmovable in the reverse direction.

    Abstract: A power-off protection circuit and a power-off protection method of an electrochromic device are revealed. A compelling bleached unit is connected to two electrodes of an electrochromic element in parallel. When a power provided to the electrochromic element is turned off, the compelling bleached unit forces the electrochromic element to be bleached by creating a short circuit in the electrochromic element. Thus quality of the electrochromic element will not be affected by the condition that the electrochromic element remains colored and unable to be bleached when the electrochromic element is still in the colored state and the power is suddenly cut-off.
