  • Publication number: 20210147789
Abstract: A cell recovery method including the following steps is provided. A cell culture carrier module is provided. The cell culture carrier module includes at least one cell culture carrier. The cell culture carrier is compressed into a first structure. Cell culture is performed by using the cell culture carrier exhibiting the first structure. The cell culture carrier is stretched from the first structure to a second structure. The first structure and the second structure are different structures. Cell recovery is performed by using the cell culture carrier exhibiting the second structure.

  • Patent number: 10704017
Abstract: A cell culture carrier module and a cell culture system having the same are provided. A cell tank and a culture medium module respectively communicate with the carrier module. The carrier module includes a reactor, a first fixer, a second fixer and a plurality of cell culture carriers. The reactor has a chamber and at least one inlet/outlet. The inlet/outlet communicates with the chamber. The first fixer is fixed to the reactor and located in the chamber. The second fixer is disposed in the chamber and is movable relative to the first fixer. Two ends of each cell culture carrier are fixed to the first fixer and the second fixer, respectively. The cell culture carriers are in an untwisted state or a twisted state according to a variation in a distance between the first fixer and the second fixer due to a movement of the second fixer.

  • Patent number: 10143530
Abstract: According to embodiments, a membrane with a flat or curved surface is provided for protection of intraocular tissues. The membrane can be used to cover the cornea for protecting corneal endothelial cells, to cover the anterior and posterior surface of the iris, or to cover the surface of the posterior capsule for separating the intraocular tissues. The membrane has a layered structure, which is composed of a collagen and a hydrophilic biopolymer or an organic polymer material. In particular, the membrane has high transparency and high water retention in a wet state.
