Abstract: A tool box includes a base having a first part and a second part which is pivotally connected between the first part and an extension portion. Each of the first part and the second part has a plurality of recesses defined therein for receiving tools therein. A triangular connection member is pivotally connected between the first part and a cover. A side of the triangular connection member has two bosses and the first part has two recesses so that the first part may stand upright by engaging the bosses with the recesses.

Abstract: An intermediate member includes a tubular body having a hexagonal cross section and a passage is defined through the body. An annular flange extends radially inward from an inner periphery of the passage and encloses a hole. The passage includes a hexagonal section which is ended at a first side of the annular flange, and a square section which is ended at a second side of the flange. Different types of tools can be cooperated with the hexagonal section, the square section, or the hexagonal outside of the intermediate member.
