The biotrickling filter treatment tank includes an organic treatment area, a waste tire array and a sprayer unit. The waste tire array is formed from a plurality of waste tires on which to form biological membranes and is provided in the organic treatment area. The sprayer unit is aligned with the waste tire array to spray wastewater on the waste tires for wastewater treatment.
