    Abstract: The present invention provides a hydrophilic coating method for contact lens surface, firstly performing a hydration procedure S1 to form a hydrated polymer from a non-hydrated polymer, then sequentially contacting the hydrated polymer with a first solution and a second solution containing a high molecular compound at a specific temperature between 50° C. and 70° C. to complete a first hydration process S2 and a second hydration process S3. A contact lens 1 obtained according to the above procedures has a contact angle ranging from about 30° to 65°, and proteins and lipids are not easily deposited on a surface of the contact lens 1, thereby providing the user with good comfort when wearing.

    Abstract: A moisturizing composition of a contact lens is disclosed in the present invention. A rinse agent (ex. TEOA) is applied for bonding a moisturizing stabilizer (ex. HPMC) and a compound of a hydrophilic cosolvent (ex. PEG) and a moisturizing additive (ex. HA). Hence, the solubility of the moisturizing additive and the aqueous solution can be improved via applying the hydrophilic cosolvent; the stability of the combination of the moisturizing stabilizer and the moisturizing additive can be improved via the structural and the chemical stabilities of the moisturizing stabilizer itself. Meanwhile, the moisturizing composition disclosed can be directly applied to the raw material of the conventional contact lens during manufacturing the high-moisturizing contact lenses.

    Abstract: A dual defocus lens is disclosed in the present invention. The dual defocus lens comprises a refractive-error correction part, a positioning part and a periphery part. The refractive-error correction part comprises a central optical region, a first defocus region and a second defocus region. The first defocus region, the second defocus region, the positioning part and the periphery part are all concentric to the central optical region having the same center as the refractive-error correction part. The first defocus region and the central optical region have different diopters individually for correcting the positions of imaging on the retina. The second defocus region having small radius of curvature provides shorter focus for imaging in the front of the retina. Thus, the retina will not be elongated or deformed gradually due to the image beyond the retina so that the myopia can be greatly controlled.
