Abstract: Advertisements for brands that are to be aired during media programs are selected based on similarities between the brands and creators of the media programs. As a media program is being aired, data representing content of a media program is processed to identify words being spoken or sung during the media program and sentiments associated with the media program. The media program is classified based on the words and sentiments, and a classification of the media program is compared to attributes of advertisements to determine which of the advertisements is best suited for airing during the media program. Additionally, a set of words that, if spoken or sung during a media program would establish conditions favorable to a given advertisement may be identified and provided to a creator.

Abstract: A system in which a customer service agent (CSA) is able to assist a customer with obtaining a desired response from a speech-controlled appliance while protecting customer data. The customer service agent submits queries to a natural language understanding (NLU) processor that performs entity resolution using personalized library information stored in an entity library based on the customer identity information and/or an device identifier. The CSA is shielded from the entity library itself, as well as data stored on the speech-controlled appliance. The CSA can instruct the NLU processor to deliver results to multiple endpoints, including both the customer's appliance and the CSA agent's console.

Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed which facilitate transfer of licenses corresponding to hosted services. Customers may purchase licenses to services implemented by a hosted computing environment. Thereafter, customers may elect to transfer all or a portion of that license to a second customer. In some embodiments, a customer may transfer the entirety of their service license. In other embodiments, a customer may transfer only a portion of their service license. In still more embodiments, a customer may temporarily transfer a license. For example, a customer may transfer a license only when they are not using the license.

Abstract: A method for dynamically generating an HTML-defined chart having node and line elements to be rendered on a display area is disclosed. Node and line element content, relationships between node elements and display settings are received. Node elements are created for the chart using the node content, the node elements having dimensions according to the display settings. A layout for the node elements is defined according to the display settings, the layout including element positioning information for each of the node elements. Line elements are created between the node elements by using the line element content, relationships between node elements and the display settings. HTML code describing the chart is automatically generated using the element positioning, element dimensions and element content.
