    Abstract: A die structure, a manufacturing method and a substrate, wherein the die structure is constituted by a chip on wafer (COW) and the substrate, and the substrate is formed by stacking and then cutting a plurality of thermal and electrical conductive poles and a plurality of insulating material layers. Moreover, the fabricating of the die structure comprises a plurality of COWs carried on a carrier board is bonded on the substrate, the plurality of COWs are in contact with the plurality of thermal and electrical conductive poles on the substrate, and then the carrier board is removed. After that, a phosphor plate is adhered on the plurality of COWs so as to form a stacked structure. Thereafter, the stacked structure is cut, thus forming a plurality of die structures having at least one COW.

The methods include sensing the voltages on bit line (BL) and bit line bar (BLB) signals by coupling the BL to a first output node of an imbalanced cross-coupled latch (ICL), the ICL outputting a logic low value if the a difference between the a voltage on the BL and a voltage on the BLB exceeds a threshold. Sensing the voltages includes providing at least a first and a second pull down field effect transistor (FET) each having a channel coupled between the first and second output nodes and a ground node, respectively, in a cross coupled arrangement, wherein the second pull down FET has a channel width that is greater than a channel width of the first pull down FET. Additional methods are disclosed.

The switch unit is coupled between the RF units and the transmit antennas and controlled by the signal processing unit for selection of the transmit antennas. The signal processing unit sets the MT transmit antennas as a universal set, calculates a plurality of sum rates corresponding to a plurality of subsets, each subset excluding an ith transmit antenna, according to channel state information, selects the subset with a maximum sum rate as the universal set of a next iteration, and then repeats the calculating and selecting steps until the subset with the maximum sum rate remaining MS transmit antennas.

    Abstract: A structure for adjusting electromagnetic wave (EM wave) penetration response includes a plurality of structure units and a dielectric substrate with an upper surface and a lower surface. The structure units are disposed on the upper surface and/or the lower surface. The structure unit consists of metal lines or complementary slits so as to enable an EM wave penetration response of the structure to include a pass band and a stop band. The frequency of the stop band is higher than that of the pass band. If a distance between the structure and an object with a high dielectric constant is longer than a predetermined distance, the pass band covers a radiation frequency of an antenna. If the distance between the structure and the object with the high dielectric constant is within the predetermined distance, the stop band covers the radiation frequency of the antenna.

The juice extractor includes a juice extractor base and a juice squeezing wheel rotatably disposed on the juice extractor base. An arcuate concave surface is formed on an upper portion of the juice extractor base. The juice squeezing wheel has an involute outer surface. A crushing space is defined between the juice squeezing wheel and the concave surface of the juice extractor base for receiving a half-cut fruit. When the juice squeezing wheel rotates, the half-cut fruit in the crushing space is crushed to produce fruit juice. The juice extractor can squeeze juice electrically and is structurally simple and convenient to be washed.

    Abstract: A method and an apparatus for interlace scanning video signal frequency multiplication are provided. The method includes the following steps: first, removing a part of a first vertical synchronous signal (V-sync signal) which is asynchronous with a first horizontal synchronous signal (H-sync signal); next, capturing a first field and a second field from an interlace scan video signal according to the first V-sync signal obtained in the previous step; performing a frequency multiplication on a frame made up by the first and second fields, and producing a second V-sync signal and a second H-sync signal; finally, compensating for the second V-sync signal on a border between two fields of the frame after the frequency multiplication according to the second H-sync signal. Thereby, the method can be used to perform frequency multiplication using a line buffer instead of a frame buffer, to output through interface scanning without sacrificing image quality.
