    Abstract: A touch panel includes a substrate, a buffer layer, an appearance decoration layer, a touch-sensing element, and a plurality of transmission lines. The buffer layer is formed on and in contact with the substrate, and the buffer layer and the substrate are formed from mutual different materials to have different surface adhesions. The appearance decoration layer is disposed on a periphery of the substrate, and the touch-sensing element is formed on and in contact with the buffer layer. The touch-sensing element includes a plurality of capacitive coupling pads, and at least one of the capacitive coupling pads covers a part of the appearance decoration layer. The transmission lines are disposed on the appearance decoration layer and electrically connected to the touch-sensing element.

    Abstract: A decoration cover plate and a touch panel having the decoration cover plate are provided. The decoration cover plate includes a substrate having an appearance decoration layer, an auxiliary light-shielding layer and a buffer layer stacked thereon. The buffer layer is disposed between the appearance decoration layer and the auxiliary light-shielding layer. The auxiliary light-shielding layer and the appearance decoration layer are opposite to each other. The touch panel further includes a touch-sensing element and a plurality of transmission lines. The touch-sensing element is disposed on the substrate and at least located within a transparent region of the touch panel. The transmission lines are disposed at a side of the auxiliary light-shielding layer far away from the substrate and electrically connected to the touch-sensing element.

    Abstract: A method of fabricating a reinforced glass cell including the following steps is provided. First, a mother glass having a plurality of glass cell predetermined regions is provided. A portion of the mother glass disposed on the outer edge of each glass cell predetermined region is removed, so as to form at least one through trench and at least one linking bridge. Herein, the through trench exposes the periphery section of each glass cell predetermined region, and the glass cell predetermined regions are formed as an entire patterned mother glass by the linking bridges. A reinforcing process is performed to the entire patterned mother glass, so that the exposed periphery sections of the glass cell predetermined regions are formed into reinforced sections. The linking bridges are removed so as to separate the glass cell predetermined regions having the reinforced sections to form a plurality of reinforced glass cells.

The transmission lines at a side of the non-black color layer away from the cover plate and in the peripheral area electrically connect the touch sensing element. The protection layer is configured at a side of the transmission lines away from the cover plate.

    Abstract: A color liquid crystal display includes a wavelength converter having a plurality of wavelength conversion areas and a plurality of transparent areas. The wavelength conversion areas are disposed at the positions corresponding to red and green filters while the transparent areas are disposed at the positions corresponding to blue filters. After passing through the wavelength conversion areas, a blue light is converted to a broadband yellow light. The broadband yellow light will be subsequently converted to a red or green light of interest when it passes through red or green filters. The blue light will experience no change in wavelength when it passes through the transparent areas. With such arrangement, the displayed brightness and saturation of red and green colors can be improved, and the displayed brightness and saturation of blue color can also be enhanced.
