    Abstract: A method for forming semiconductor devices includes providing a substrate with a conductive pad formed thereon; forming a transparent structure over the substrate, wherein the transparent structure includes a plurality of collimating pillars adjacent to the conductive pad; forming a light-shielding structure over the plurality of collimating pillars and the conductive pad; performing a cutting process to remove one or more materials directly above the conductive pad, while leaving remaining material to cover the conductive pad, wherein the material includes a portion of the light-shielding structure; and performing an etching process to remove the remaining material to expose the conductive pad.

    Abstract: A retractable safety syringe comprises a needle body, a syringe barrel, and a pusher plunger. The needle body has a needle and a needle seat having an upper needle seat and a lower needle seat; the upper needle seat is used for fixing the needle thereon and is provided with a connecting portion on the bottom; and the removable lower needle seat can be embedded to the upper needle seat from below. The pusher plunger has a piston in the front end thereof; the piston has a connecting member, which can connect to the connecting portion on the bottom of the upper needle seat, so that after injection, by applying a force to press and deform the piston till connecting to the connecting portion, the needle body can depart from the needle socket and the abutment and can be drawn back to the interior of the syringe barrel.

An end of the plunger is sleeved with a piston, and an elastic protrusive column is coupled inside the piston with its front end being protruded to a distance from a top surface of the piston; the plunger is inserted into the syringe tube from its front end for injection, and the rear end of the syringe tube is contracted radially to form a needle seat having a blocking portion on the inner wall to be conjoined with a needle, so that when the plunger is depressed to reach closely to the rear end of the syringe tube, a front end of the protrusive column is inserted into the needle seat and is stopped by the blocking portion on the inner wall of the needle seat to retain the protrusive column inside the needle seat.

    Abstract: A double-side scanning device includes glass platforms having an upper glass platform and a lower glass platform separated apart form each other to define a sheet-passage. Each of the glass platforms is divided into a scanning area and a light penetrating area. Light sources include a first light source disposed beneath the scanning area of the lower glass platform and a second light source disposed above the scanning area of the upper glass platform. Reflectors include first reflectors arranged beneath the lower glass platform and second reflectors arranged above the upper glass platform. A prism mounted at a side of the light penetrating areas of the glass platforms has at least two reflex surfaces for respectively receiving the image incident light from the first reflectors and the second reflectors. A lens is mounted at back of the prism. And an image-gathering device is disposed at back of the lens.
