Abstract: Semiconductor device structures having gate structures with tunable threshold voltages are provided. Various geometries of device structure can be varied to tune the threshold voltages. In some examples, distances from tops of fins to tops of gate structures can be varied to tune threshold voltages. In some examples, distances from outermost sidewalls of gate structures to respective nearest sidewalls of nearest fins to the respective outermost sidewalls (which respective gate structure overlies the nearest fin) can be varied to tune threshold voltages.

Abstract: A compact folding bed having a symmetry plane comprising a pair of symmetrical frames wherein each base support element is covered with filling materials and enveloped within a fabric or leather casing to also form the mattress of the folding bed. The folding bed fold outward with each frame joined together by a pivoting bracket connected to a flanged end portion of the middle leg of the folding frame. The bed is held at the unfolded position for use by clip wires and tension springs. One support structure attached to a lateral end of one frame serve both as a head board and a leg while a second support structure serve both as a foot board and another leg.

Abstract: A folding bed having a three section mainframe, a swinging left frame, a swinging right frame, these swinging frames hingedly attached on each end of a third stationary section at a mid portion of the mainframe. Foldaway legs are each hingedly connected near a longitudinal edge of the folding mainframe. These above features are in combination with a detachable middle support leg attaching to each third stationary section on the two longitudinal sides of the mainframe. A first structure element is attached to the head lateral side forming the head board, this structure element differing in design from a second structure element attached to the foot lateral side forming the foot board. The mattress support element on the mainframe is made up of independent rows of flexible metal structure running from one longitudinal side of the mainframe to its opposite corresponding longitudinal side.
