  • Patent number: 6953311
Abstract: A tool holding and working piece-clamping assembly has a stand, a driving device, a threaded rod, a rail assembly, a brake post, a working piece-clamping device and a tool holding device. The working piece-clamping device has an upper clamping device slidably connected to the rail assembly and a lower clamping device corresponding to the upper clamping. The working piece-clamping device has a brake electrically connected to a contact switch and slidably mounted on a brake post. The tool holding device is slidably connected to the rail assembly and has a connecting base screwed with the threaded rod. With such an arrangement, only one threaded rod with a driving device is needed to actuate the tool holding device and the working piece-clamping device to operate. Consequently, the consumption of power can be reduced.

  • Patent number: 6846256
Abstract: A bottle-rotating device has a rotation device and an auxiliary pressing device. The rotation device corresponds to an induction coil in an induction cap sealer. The rotation device has a bottom plate, a top plate, a belt, a drive train and a driver. The belt and the drive train are mounted between the bottom plate and the top plate, and the drive train has a straight section corresponding to the induction coil. The belt is mounted around the drive train and is driven by the driver. The auxiliary pressing device corresponds to the rotation device. The auxiliary pressing device has a pressing strip securely held on pressing strip holders parallel to the straight section of the drive train. Accordingly, the bottles will be rotated and the foil on the bottle cap be heated evenly.

  • Patent number: 6841763
Abstract: A heat induction workstation has a base, a housing, a working station, an electrical power supplier and a cooling device. The housing has two baffles to divide the inner space of the housing into a central chamber and two side chambers. The working station is mounted in the central chamber and has at least one induction heating device. The electrical power supplier and the cooling device are respectively received in the side chambers. The electrical power supplier is electrically connected to the working station to provide electrical power to the working station. The cooling device is connected to the electrical power supplier to reduce the temperature of the electrical power supplier while the electrical power supplier is in operation.
