Abstract: A deinterlacing method for a digital motion picture is provided. The method includes determining if a predicted pixel lies in an artificial horizontal line or not according to the relationship among a first pixel value, a second pixel value, a first threshold value and a second threshold value; and estimating the predicted pixel value in a still image manner if the predicted pixel is determined to lie in an artificial horizontal line. The present invention also includes an apparatus implementing the deinterlacing method.

Abstract: A switching circuit includes a direct current supplying circuit, an alternating current supplying circuit, a magnetic element and a load. The direct current supplying circuit provides a direct current power. The alternating current supplying circuit is electrically connected to the direct current supplying circuit and provides an alternating current power. The magnetic element is electrically connected to the direct current supplying circuit and the alternating current supplying circuit. The magnetic element is conducted or closed in accordance with the on or off state of the direct current power and the alternating current power. The load is electrically connected to the direct current supplying circuit, the alternating current supplying circuit and the magnetic element.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a photosensitive resin composition for color filters of LCDs (Liquid Crystal Displays). Particularly, the photosensitive resin composition performs good photosensitivity in exposure and remains less scum on the unexposed and black matrix of a substrate after development. The color filters made from the composition also exhibit good heat resistance. The composition comprises an alkali-soluble resin (A); a photopolymerizable monomer (B); a photoinitiator (C); an organic solvent (D); and a pigment (E); wherein the photopolymerizable monomer (B) comprises the compound (B-1) having a carboxylic acid group and at least 7 functional groups represented by the following general formula (1), wherein R1 is a hydrogen or a methyl group.
