  • MOP
    Publication number: 20110185523
Abstract: A mop includes a handle; a base seat fixedly disposed at a bottom end of the handle; two links, top ends of the links being pivotally connected with two lateral sides of the base seat; and a compression seat including a pivot block and two compression boards pivotally connected therewith. Bottom ends of the links are pivotally connected with the compression boards. A foam rubber is disposed under bottom face of the compression seat. When shifting a shift lever, via a drive rod, the compression seat is moved into the base seat or moved out of the base seat and stretched to straighten the foam rubber. In the stretched state, the two links are tilted and a distance between bottom pivot points of the links is larger than a distance between top pivot points thereof. Outer lateral faces of the links abut against two lateral sides of the base seat as supports.

  • Publication number: 20100218327
Abstract: A rotary mop with a mop fabric capable of preventing a handle from emerging therefrom. The rotary mop includes a handle, a slide sleeve fitted on the handle and a mop fabric. The slide sleeve is movable along the handle and rotatable about the handle. One end of the mop fabric is connected with a bottom end of the handle, while another end of the mop fabric is connected with a bottom end of the slide sleeve. The mop fabric has such a structure that the bottom end of the handle cannot emerge from the mop fabric. Therefore, when mopping the ground with the rotary mop, the mop fabric can evenly spread around the handle without gathering or tangling. Accordingly, the contact area of the mop fabric with the ground can be enlarged to enhance the cleaning effect and water-wringing effect.

  • Publication number: 20100139023
Abstract: The present invention provides an anti-turn-back twist mop including a main handle, a holding sleeve, a mop cloth and a clutch member. The holding sleeve is up and down movably and rotatably fitting over the main handle. Two ends of the mop cloth are respectively connected with the main handle and the holding sleeve. When rotating the main handle and holding sleeve relative to each other, the mop cloth can be wrung dry. The clutch member is fitting over the main handle and movable therealong. When rotating the main handle, the clutch member is rotated along therewith. A bottom end of the clutch member and a top end of the holding sleeve are respectively formed with ratchets engaged with each other. By means of the engagement between the clutch member and holding sleeve, when wringing the mop cloth, the main handle is prevented from being rotated back by the pulling force of the mop cloth.

  • Publication number: 20090320229
Abstract: A mop cloth applicable to a rotary mop and a method for manufacturing the mop cloth. The mop cloth includes several cloth strips each having two outer fabric layers and an inner foam layer sandwiched between the outer fabric layers. The foam layer provides the cloth strips with better water absorption capability. In addition, the foam layer has resilience and stretchability so that the cloth strips are capable of resiliently stretching and restoring to their original shapes without tangling with each other. The method of the present invention is bonding two fabric layers with a foam layer to sandwich the foam layer between the two fabric layers to achieve a semiproduct, and cutting the semiproduct into a predetermined number of cloth strips to form the mop cloth.

  • Publication number: 20090260169
Abstract: A rotary mop with enhanced water-wringing effect, including a handle; a slide sleeve fitted on the handle, the slide sleeve being rotatable about and movable along the handle; a mop cloth, one end of the mop cloth being connected with a bottom end of the slide sleeve, while the other end of the mop cloth being connected with a bottom end of the handle, when rotating the handle and the slide sleeve relative to each other, the mop cloth is wrung. The mop further has a rotary tube fitted on the handle and rotatable about the handle. When wringing and tensioning the mop cloth, the mop cloth binds the rotary tube, not the handle. Therefore, the slide sleeve and the handle can effectively wring and dry the mop cloth with less strength.
