Abstract: Disclosed are an array substrate, a display panel and a display apparatus. The array substrate includes: gate lines, data lines, and pixel units. The gate lines and the data lines are arranged between at least part of the adjacent pixel units. The array substrate further includes: common electrode lead wires and common electrode layers. The common electrode lead wires are arranged on a same layer as the data lines, extend in a same direction as the data lines, and are located between at least part of the adjacent pixel units. The common electrode layers are insulated from the common electrode lead wires through insulating layers and are connected with the common electrode lead wires through via holes in the insulating layers. The via holes are located in a region where the gate lines and the common electrode lead wires intersect.

Abstract: A rotatable dual-purpose axial-flow blower/vacuum is provided, including a main machine housing and an airflow driving device provided in the main machine housing, an air suction transition joint being provided on one end of the main machine housing, and an air blowing portion being provided on the other end, and further including a handle connected to the main machine housing, a switch for controlling start or stop of blowing/suction being provided on the handle. When a rotation locking structure is pressed, the main machine housing can be rotated to enable the air suction transition joint to face forwards, and the axial-flow blower/vacuum is configured to be in a dust collection mode; and the main machine housing is rotated to enable the air blowing portion to face forwards, and the axial-flow blower/vacuum is configured to be in an air blowing mode.

An isolation section for suppressing a leakage current path of two adjacent transistors may be formed by using a simple process. The integrated circuit device includes a substrate and a fin protruding from the substrate. The integrated circuit device further includes two adjacent transistors. The two adjacent transistors use two spaced segments on the fin as respective channels of the two adjacent transistors. Apart that is of the fin and that is located between the two spaced segments is processed to obtain an isolation section. The isolation section is used to suppress current transfer between the two channels of the two adjacent transistors.
