Abstract: A bispecific antibody, including: a first antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof that specifically binds to a first antigen; and a second antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof that specifically binds to a second antigen; where the first antigen is a tumor-associated antigen (TAA), and the second antigen is TNFR2. The bispecific antibody can target a tumor-associated antigen (TAA), and at the same time can stimulate the proliferation of CD8+ T cells, activate CD8+ T cells, and release anti-tumor factors such as IFN? and IL2 by using a TNFR2 agonistic antibody; or can block TNF-TNFR2 and inhibit the proliferation of Treg by using a TNFR2 antagonistic antibody.
