    Abstract: Embodiments of the disclosure disclose a vibrating diaphragm and a loudspeaker. The vibrating diaphragm includes a first diaphragm layer, a first conductive metal layer and a second diaphragm layer which are stacked sequentially. The first conductive metal layer includes two metal foils. Each of the metal foils includes a first conductive part, a second conductive part, and a first supporting part arranged between the first conductive part and the second conductive part. The second diaphragm layer is provided with a plurality of leaks to expose the first conductive part and the second conductive part. Therefore, the metal foils are integrated between the first diaphragm layer and the second diaphragm layer, so that the space occupied by the metal foils may be reduced to simplify the conduction design of the loudspeaker, and the metal foils may be protected to avoid the breakage of the metal foils.
