  • Patent number: 7481197
Abstract: A lubricant device of four-stroke engine is provided according to the present invention. The lubricant device is applicable to a four-stroke engine having a cylinder, a crank case, a rocker arm room and a cam room connected to the rocker arm room. The lubricant device mainly has the rocker arm room and the crank case be connected to each other, and the design of alternating oil supply and oil recycling channels enables lubricant mists to cycle from the crank case through the rocker arm room to the cam room and then be re-absorbed into the crank case, thereby allowing engines to be manipulated at various angles.

  • Publication number: 20080156550
Abstract: A hybrid vehicle is provided with an engine, a starter generator motor, a traction motor, an automatic manual transmission system, a battery, an automatic-switching clutch, and a control unit assembly. The starter generator motor is coupled and synchronously rotates with the engine for starting the engine and serving as an assistant power. The automatic manual transmission system is coupled with the traction motor and performs a gear-shifting/speed changing by controlling the rotation speed of the starter generator motor and the traction motor. The automatic-switching clutch is coupled between the starter generator motor and the automatic manual transmission system to make them be engaged/disengaged so as to switch the power type. The hybrid vehicle control device gives a signal to the torque/rotation speed control device to control the automatic-switching clutch to engage/disengage the engine and the traction motor according to the running state of the vehicle.

  • Patent number: 5241853
Abstract: This invention is directed to an exhaust fume sampling apparatus for a two-stroke gasoline engine with a closed loop engine control unit. The novel exhaust fume sampling apparatus has a fume duct, a sampling valve, and a sensor. The fume duct is connected at one end thereof with a fume inlet disposed in the wall of combustion chamber and is in communication at other end thereof with the exhaust pipe of the engine. The sampling valve is disposed on the fume duct and is capable of being opened up at the moment shortly after the combustion has taken place so as to permit the exhaust fume so produced to pass therethrough to enter the sampling apparatus. The sensor can measure the oxygen content of the exhaust fume introduced into the sampling apparatus and transmit the information in reference to the measured oxygen content to the engine control unit, which regulates the supply of fuel to engine in accordance with the information it has received from the sensor so that an optimum air-fuel ratio is attained.
