    Abstract: A method may include forming a mask layer on top of a first dielectric layer formed on a first source/drain and a second source/drain, and creating an opening in the mask layer and the first dielectric layer that exposes portions of the first source/drain and the second source/drain. The method may include filling the opening with a metal layer that covers the exposed portions of the first source/drain and the second source/drain, and forming a gap in the metal layer to create a first metal contact and a second metal contact. The first metal contact may electrically couple to the first source/drain and the second metal contact may electrically couple to the second source/drain. The gap may separate the first metal contact from the second metal contact by less than nineteen nanometers.

    Abstract: In a method of manufacturing an electronic package, first grooves are formed on a circuit structure and a second groove is formed in each of the first grooves to allow the circuit structure to become circuit layers. Owing to the second groove is narrower than the first groove, each of the circuit layers has an encircled surface and a notch located on the encircled surface. When a shielding layer is provided to cover an encapsulating body located on the circuit layer, a space of the notch is not covered by the shielding layer such that a portion to be removed of the shielding layer will not remain on the electronic package to become burr after removing the portion to be removed.

    Abstract: A wearable electrocardiogram measurement device and a method for compressing an electrocardiogram are disclosed. A heart detection unit detects a heart activity status of a human body to obtain electrocardiogram data. A processor of a portable host proceeds with bandwidth decomposition and quantization by using quantization scales to obtain quantized results. An integer part of each quantized result is set as a quantized datum. A decimal portion of each quantized result is set as a truncated error datum. Each quantization scale is multiplied by a corresponding truncated error datum to obtain a product. If a distortion value obtained by adding the products fulfills a distortion default value range, the quantized data are encoded to obtain compressed electrocardiogram data for storage in a data storage unit of the host. If the distortion value does not fulfill the distortion default value range, an adjustment step is repeated.

    Abstract: A positioning navigation method and an electronic apparatus thereof are provided. The positioning navigation method is adapted to the electronic apparatus for positioning an indoor environment and includes the following. A movement process is executed from a start position. In the movement process, distance detection is continuously performed by first sensors, orientation detection is continuously performed by a second sensor, and a position coordinate is recorded every first time period. When sensing that a distance between the electronic apparatus and an obstacle falls in a predetermined distance range, a direction changing process is executed. In the direction changing process, the electronic apparatus rotates by a rotation angle, and an intermediate position coordinate is recorded every second time period. After the direction changing process, a position coordinate corresponding to the direction changing process is determined, and the movement process is re-executed.
