    Abstract: A mobile edge computing method and apparatus are provided. The method which is implemented by a mobile edge computing (MEC) management network element includes: receiving an MEC virtualization resource request sent by a control plane of a target radio access network (RAN), wherein the control plane belongs to the target RAN to which user equipment (UE) is handed over, and the MEC virtualization resource request includes an MEC computing resource requirement of the UE; creating, based on the MEC virtualization resource request, a new virtual machine (VM) on an MEC server for the UE, wherein the new VM is used on the target RAN side after the handover; and sending first information of the new VM to the control plane, wherein the first information includes an ID of the new VM. According to the application, the efficiency of usage of resources during a handover of UE is significantly improved.

Also provided are methods of making the catalysts and methods of using the catalysis for the dehydrogenation of alkanes and/or alcohols. The catalysts include a support having a surface, dehydrogenation catalysts particles dispersed on the surface of the support, and a porous selective hydrogen combustion catalyst overcoat on the dehydration catalyst particles. The catalysts couple dehydrogenation with selective hydrogen combustion in a sequence of reactions occurring in tandem to shift the equilibrium of the dehydrogenation towards higher conversion.

The first cache information includes a base station identifier, identifiers of first N1 pieces of application information that are accessed for a maximum quantity of times, and content corresponding to the identifiers of the N1 pieces of application information, where N1 is a positive integer. The method further includes determining, by the PCF, local cache content based on the first cache information and a capacity of a local cache. In this way, the cache hit rate can be effectively improved, transmission bandwidth and data transmission overheads can be greatly reduced, and users' experience improved.

In the wide-temperature catalyst, the active noble metal component has a content of 0.1 to 10 wt %, and the promoter has a content of 0.1 to 10 wt % in terms of the metal element thereof.

The method is implemented based on an OpenFlow protocol and includes: sending, by a switch, header information of a first data packet to an SDN controller; receiving, by the switch, a quality of service flow table sent by the SDN controller, where the quality of service flow table is used to indicate a QoS class of a first service to which the first data packet belongs and an execution queue of the first service, and a bit rate upper limit is set for the execution queue of the first service; and forwarding, by the switch, a data packet of the first service based on a QoS class identifier and the execution queue. According to the embodiments of the present invention, efficiency of QoS control can be improved.
