  • Patent number: 11967907
Abstract: The invention proposed a space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) method for any level cascaded H-bridge inverter. The multilevel space vector diagram is re-divided, and the coordinates of the nearest three vectors (NTVs) are directly obtained by judging the position of the reference vector. The duty cycles of the NTVs is calculated through additional vector which is equivalent to the reference vector. Then, the switching states are obtained by zero-sequence component and coordinate transformation, and the desired reference vector is synthesized for the SVPWM modulation. The invention realizes multilevel modulation in Cartesian coordinates without any iterative calculation, and the calculation is independent of the level number. Furthermore, the locating of the reference vector and the calculation of the duty cycles are simplified, and the calculation complexity is reduced.

  • Patent number: 10803970
Abstract: A Solid-State Disk (SSD) Manufacturing Self Test (MST) capability enables an SSD manufacturer to generate and load tests onto SSDs, run the tests, and gather results. The SSDs self execute the loaded tests when powered up. The self executing is while coupled to a host that loaded the tests or while coupled to a rack unable to load the tests but enabled to provide power to the SSDs. The rack is optionally cost-reduced to enable cost-efficient parallel testing of relatively larger numbers of SSDs for production. The host writes the tests to an ‘input’ SMART log of each SSD, and each SSD writes results to a respective included ‘output’ SMART log. The commands include write drive, erase drive, SATA PHY burn-in, delay, and stress mode. The SSD MST capability is optionally used in conjunction with an SSD virtual manufacturing model.

  • Patent number: 9086409
Abstract: The present invention is about a microfluidic chip for rapid detection of different target proteins and a method for using the same. The microfluidic chip utilizes antibody-conjugated magnetic beads to bind to the target proteins to form a magnetic complex, and then use the signal labeled-antibodies that can recognize said magnetic complex. Purifying said magnetic complex by the micro-magnetic field on biochip, and introducing said purified magnetic complex into the fluorescent detection area on the chip to detect the amount of the target protein in said purified complex immediately.
