Wherein, the control IC includes a voltage regulator module, a switching module and a memory module. The voltage regulator module is electrically connected to the high voltage linear constant current circuit; the switching module is electrically connected to the voltage regulator module and includes at least two electronic switches; and the memory module is electrically connected to the switching module.

The metal polarity substrate is bent to form an included angle ?2, and ?1=?2, and 93°??1?130°. The casing has a support member formed on the casing and protruded in a direction opposite to the direction of bending the metal retaining substrate. The LED lead frame enhances the illumination angle and light uniformity of the lightbulb.

The first and second switches may be turned on/off to adjust the reference voltage value and change the power.

When a dimming signal inputted to the dimming portion has a voltage of 1V-10V, and the driver circuit is applied to a panel light, the LED flicker is improved effectively.

If there is an open circuit caused by an abnormality of the LEDs, the operation will be stopped to provide protection.

The control unit is provided for detecting an input current of a circuit, and the dimming stabilization unit is driven for outputting a holding current when the input power is smaller than a standard, and stopping the output the holding current when the input power is greater than the standard. When the LEDs are dimmed to low luminance, a chip controls the operation of the dimming stabilization unit to assure the stability of the dimming operation of a TRIAC. When the LEDs are adjusted to high or full brightness, the chip stops the output of the holding current to reduce unnecessary power consumption and enhance the overall circuit performance effectively.

    Abstract: An adaptive LED dimming driving circuit is disclosed, wherein its control module is disposed with a first resistor, a second resistor, a retainer, a third resistor and a fourth resistor. When the control module receives an input voltage, the retainer is driven to output a retaining current Ihold to the second resistor, thereby ensuring normal dimming. The first resistor and the third resistor detect the input voltage so that when an input current Iin satisfies a correlation Iin=Ihold+ILED, the retaining current has the minimum value to increase work efficiency during the LED that is dimmed to the maximum intensity. When the input voltage is too low, the reference level is reduced to prevent the LED from generating twinkling. The fourth resistor detects the voltage energy of the LED. Therefore, when the voltage energy is changed, a high-low-voltage compensation is performed to achieve a constant power state.

The board forms spaced reflection receptacles, each of which has a side wall forming an inclined reflection surface. The board has a surface on which conductive traces are formed. The light-emitting dies are respectively received in the reflection receptacles, and each light-emitting die is electrically connected to the conductive traces of the board. The packages are respectively set in the reflection receptacles of the board. In this arrangement, no insulation layer is required for the substrate, so that efficient heat dissipation can be realized, and thermal resistance can be reduced to thereby improve the operation performance of the light-emitting dies. Further, the inclined reflection surface of the reflection receptacles can be made even and consistent.
