Abstract: An improved banner pole structure includes a first cylindrical tube, a pole head, a second cylindrical tube, and a bias frictional assembly. The pole head is threadedly coupled to the first cylindrical tube and the first cylindrical tube is telescopically received within the second cylindrical tube. The bias functional assembly is coupled to an end of the first cylindrical tube and frictionally engages an interior wall surface of the second cylindrical tube, responsive to rotation of the first cylindrical tube relative to the second cylindrical tube.

Abstract: An adjustable base to hold flag banner poles includes a base and a cylinder which can be adjusted to a certain angular degree. At the base of the cylinder a connecting table is provided for engagement with a base table with a meshing means to couple together the cylinder and the base. On the outside of the cylinder two small round loops are formed to receive and secure another small flag banner pole therein.

Abstract: An apparatus for preventing flag banners from folding is provided. The apparatus comprises a flag pole having an upper portion with an annular recess formed therein, a lower base with an annular recess and two connecting buttons rotatably coupled within the respective annular recesses. The flag banner is connected to the flag pole by two button holes engaged by the two connecting buttons. The connecting buttons rotate within the annular recesses so that when the wind blows in a different direction, the flag banner can change direction accordingly, without wrapping the flag around the pole.
