  • Patent number: 11253369
Abstract: The present invention provides a spinal implant structure. The spinal implant structure comprises a first part, a second part and at least one expansion arm. The second part is disposed on the horizontal orientation of the first part and does not overlap with the first part. The diameter of the first part is larger than that of the second part. One end of the expansion arm is connected to the first part, and the other end of the expansion arm is free end. The expansion arm includes a supporting arm. One end of the supporting arm is connected to the expansion arm, and the other end is connected the second part. The support arm includes a plurality of structure weakness. When the distance between the first part and the second part changes, the support arm bends from the structure weakness, thereby the spinal implant structure is expanded.

  • Publication number: 20170056201
Abstract: The present invention provides an intervertebral fusion apparatus for positioning and combining vertebrae, which use a solidifiable material and an intervertebral fusion cage concurrently. By diffusing the solidifiable material from the top or bottom surface of the intervertebral fusion cage, the contact area with vertebrae and hence the stability can be increased. In addition, the intervertebral fusion cage provided by the present invention can further include a wing member connected pivotally on the side and operated concurrently with the solidifiable material to change the shape and thus avoid slipping off the operation opening. By using the intervertebral fusion apparatus, the stability of the intervertebral fusion cage during and after surgeries can be improved effectively. Thereby, the success rate and safety of vertebral fusion surgeries can be increased.

  • Patent number: 9522071
Abstract: An implanting apparatus and an operating method thereof are provided. An implanting apparatus used for implanting an intervertebral cage into a location between two adjacent vertebral bodies, wherein the implanting apparatus comprises a sleeve and an extension member. The extension member has a rod and a coupling column, wherein the rod is screwed inside the sleeve, the coupling column is connected to one end of the rod and exposed outside the sleeve, and the axial direction of the coupling column is substantially perpendicular to that of the rod. When one end of the coupling column is disposed on an inner arc surface of a connecting portion of the intervertebral cage and the rod is rotated with respect to the sleeve, the distance between the coupling column and the sleeve is decreased so as to clamp the connecting portion of the intervertebral cage between the coupling column and the sleeve.
