  • Patent number: 10479444
Abstract: A power transmission apparatus includes a shaft, a driving plate, a first driven plate, and a sensor device. The driving plate is disposed on the shaft and rotates with the shaft. The driving plate includes a first block that has a driving surface on it. The first driven plate is disposed on the shaft and capable of moving along the shaft. The first driven plate includes a second block that has a driven surface corresponding to the driving surface. The sensor device is disposed close to the first driven plate for detecting the movement of the first driven plate along the shaft. When the shaft rotates together with the driving plate, the driving surface compels the driven surface to rotate and simultaneously move away from the driving plate along the shaft, and the movement along the shaft is detected by the sensor device.

  • Patent number: 9373464
Abstract: A keyswitch with force feedback function includes a vibrating source, a switching circuit and a controller. The vibrating source is connected to a cap of the keyswitch. The switching circuit is switched on according to states of the keyswitch. The controller is electrically connected to the vibrating source and the switching circuit. When the switching circuit is switched on, the controller outputs a first driving signal to the vibrating source, and the vibrating source transmits a pressing vibration to the cap of the keyswitch. A period of the first driving signal is smaller than or equal to a predetermined period, a user can feel vibration of the keyswitch due to the pressing vibration.

  • Publication number: 20140218303
Abstract: A haptic feedback keyboard structure includes a base plate, a keyboard frame, a haptic feedback device, a touch sensor and a plurality of touch units. The keyboard frame is disposed on the base plate. The haptic feedback device is disposed between the base plate and the keyboard frame, and the haptic feedback device includes a vibrating plate. The touch sensor is disposed under the keyboard frame for triggering the vibrating plate to vibrate. The plurality of touch units is respectively connected to the keyboard frame and adjacent to a side of the touch sensor. The touch sensor triggers the vibrating plate to transmit a vibrating force to one of the plurality of touch units as the one of the plurality of touch units is pressed.

  • Publication number: 20120006666
Abstract: A keyswitch includes a key cap, a base, a circuit board, a film, a resilient member and a pressure sensing member. The circuit board is disposed on the base. The film is disposed on the circuit board. The resilient member is disposed between the film and the key cap. The pressure sensing member is disposed at a position selected from a group consisting of a position between the resilient member and the film, a position between the film and the circuit board, and a position between the circuit board and the base. When the key cap is pressed by an external force, the pressure sensing member senses a magnitude of the external force.

  • Publication number: 20110304486
Abstract: A solar keyboard includes a base, a touch keyboard module and a solar cell. The touch keyboard module is disposed on the base and includes a transparent layer. The solar cell is selectively disposed over or below the transparent layer. An area of the solar cell is substantially equal to that of the touch keyboard module. Accordingly, the solar keyboard of the invention can absorb much more solar energy and then generate much more electric power.

  • Patent number: 6437575
Abstract: A low-voltage detecting circuit for power sources is based upon the relation of the discharge time of a capacitor and the measured voltage value to determine whether the voltage level of the power source is too low. The voltage detecting circuit comprises a charge/discharge module and a discharge detecting module, wherein one terminal of said charge/discharge module is connected to the voltage to be measured. The discharge time of capacitor depends on the voltage to be measured. In other words, the voltage to be measured can be detected by calculating the discharge time of capacitor. Furthermore, the present invention provides a simplified circuit so as to reduce the fabrication cost.

  • Patent number: 6320519
Abstract: A keyboard with key codes switchable by means of a single modifier key and a method of control thereof are provided. When a modifier key such as an Alt key, a Ctrl key, or a Shift key is pressed and then immediately released, the set of key codes is switched to another if no other modifiable key stroke is inserted during the press-and-release operation. Consequently, multimedia hot keys will be obtained by switching the key code set to another set of key coding that represents individual multimedia functions.
